Last saturday we celebrated my son's 3rd birthday at Zoobic Safari in Subic. We were all looking forward to this since the day mom bought a great offer from Metrodeal. We went off at around 9:00 am. Getting there wasn't too much of a hassle since we rented a van to travel back and fort. What's really irritating was the travel from the house to NLEX. We were caught up in traffic jam to, it was like a travel to the metro during weekdays to even think that it was a Saturday morning. Anyways, I am going to share with you guys some of the photos we took and I personally took to bring with us the memories... I hope you guys like it.
- The Birthday Boy!
Meet the birthday boy, my very naughty and adorable son, Enzo.
This was our very first stop. The Zoobic Hall and Parking Lot to have our vouchers checked.
This was the way to the pavilion where we saw a big white bengal tiger.
Next to the pavilion is Forest Grill where you can dine after a long drive. This is the place where they serve sumptuous dishes that would surely satisfy your tastebuds.
The pavilion also has a souvenir shop. They sell different kind of stuff and goodies from toys to shirts.
This is the hall inside the pavilion where all the information are laid down. This is like the first step before you go through all the tour. This is where the tour guide gives the briefing before you start the tour.
First stop of the tour begins here at the Zoobic Park where they have placed all different kinds of birds and some are even allowed to be pet by you like what we did on these cute little love birds.
The park has lots of animals aside from birds there are land animals which as far as I can remember is only second time to see since I was in grade school. Like these camels, reindeers, donkeys, lion and albino carabao.
Second stop is the Serpentarium where most if not all kinds of reptiles are seen.
Third stop is the Zootrain Station... This train would serve as your service for the entire tour.
Fourth stop is the Tiger Safari which we were all been looking forward too... We want to get up close and personal with the tigers. :)
Fifth stop is Savannah where in we are not allowed to go down same with the Tiger Safari because of the wide range of exotic and farm animals like ostrich, pot belly pigs and wild boars.
Sixth stop is the Bone and Skin Museum.
Seventh stop is the Aeta's Trail where our native people performs a dance for the tourists. I wish I have the video to upload so that you guys could see how they micmic the monkey dance it was awesome and hilarious at the same time.
And finally the last stop of the tour is the Coco Loco, this is more like the crodile farm in Palawan but mom said the one in Palawan was even more beautiful. So, this sums up the whole birthday celebration of my son. It was indeed an adventure to savor. We guys should do this more often... I really had a blast and I know my son did to... So, til the next Rei on the Road... :)
