Missing Bataan...

I would just like to share with you guys some of our photos when we visited and stayed in Bataan a few years back. The photos I've posted were from our first and second visit. These are just some of the best photos I have kept. I actually have more but I unfortunately lost some of them (because the CD were I burned it got corrupted) and the others I didn't try to upload because I am having latency issues with my freaking connection (sorry for the ranting hahahaha!). I couldn't remember the exact name of the beach resort where we stayed because it was like a virgin island, as in literally, because our group were the only ones in there aside from the care takers. Anyways, I would update this blog the soonest possible once I have the name of the place and the beach resort.

This is where we got off from the bus after a long travel from Manila to our lovely destination, Bataan.

After staying at Kuya Bok's place to rest for awhile, we headed to the beach. The way there was a little rough, we had to ride a tricycle and then walk like five(5) meters in the wilderness before we reach our main destination. When we crossed the part where it was all rocky and downhill and us carrying all of our super heavy baggage, it was so tiring but was fun though. Those were one of the reasons why I want to go back and visit the place again. We were all dog tired after a long walk but when we were already hearing the sound of the ocean we got so excited and when we reached it we couldn't say anything but "WOW" in amazement. We were all in awe upon seeing the seas. It's like we never did walk a mile to get there. The waiting and rough ways were all worth it.

This wooden bridge used to be here on our first visit but when we went back the  people there said the tidal waves just washed it off because it was so old. #sad.

The lovey shore of Bataan.

These were the two of the first picture I've taken during our first visit in Bataan. The scene was just breath taking and I can't just let it slip without taking a picture to bring with me when I go back home.
The whole gang by the shore preparing for lunch.

And we thought we were the only visitor but look! we have company :) Pher was the one who caught this cool little gecko and placed it in a plastic bottle but right after we were done taking pictures we let it go in the wilderness.
Our company at the beach ;)

Just look how peaceful it is by the shore, even the leaves want to fall off the grainy ground to feel the heat :)

The fun wouldn't have been more fun without these beautiful people, our travel buddies...

These are just some of the great memories I would forever keep. I wish we could go back there now, this time with our kids. I miss Bataan!
