Sophia's Abbey

I have been looking forward to this event and finally the day has come to have the greatest summer adventure with the whole family... All our bags are packed and we are all ready to go! This is like the first family getaway after a very long time. We were all excited that the night before we are all still up having a drinking session with our cousins to just so we could sleep.

 On our way to our destination we got the chance to pass by one of the nicest places which are jam packed usually during weekends and holidays, Tagaytay. This is like the south version of Baguio in the north only the climate isn't as freezing as Baguio.

Batangas is like one of the most visited places here the Philippines if you are trying to unwind. Batangas has lots of resorts from private pool to beaches so you have really a bunch to choose from. We chose to stay at my God-mother's beach resort, Sophia's Abbey Bed and Breakfast which is located in the heart of Lian, Batangas.

This is how it looks like as you enter the gates of the resort. Very asian feel. You would see different displays   taken from different countries in Southeast Asia.

This is my boy, little Enzo with his all out smile while holding his mattress... This is his first ever outing with the whole family since he came into this world.. lol! He was so excited to see the beach because it would also be his first time and I know he's going to have a blast. 

Oh! I am such a photography addict. And this is what I love about going out of town I get to take pictures of these sorts... :)

The house a is field with vintage things that adds beauty to the entire place.. It looks like an ancestral home with a cozy and breezy feel...

And the bonding with the girls starts right here... :)

This is the kiosk like kitchen were you can cook and do the dishes... and watch TV all at the same time hehehe... :)

After the fun, we are headed home with much memories to keep but still fully energized... :)
