Pendong Adventures

Left to right: Niño Rance and Pher Esguerra

I labeled our first summer getaway Pendong Adventures because of the obvious reasons which you see on the picture. The bigger one is my husband, Niño and the other one is his cousin and a good friend of mine, Pher.

The start of our adventure to Amansinaya Mountain Resort with our travel buddies, Lovely and Pher.

This is our first stop at Amansinaya where they serve all the delicious meals your mouth is looking for.

This is what it looks like inside Patio Filipino. The infinity pool and the scenery was just breath taking. This pool might look like a kiddie pool at first but I tell you it's kinda deep, about six feet deep. I too was deceived by the way it looks I tried to go down to the pool bar and my feet didn't reached the floor.

This is how it looks like on the other side of the Patio. This is the view where we guys had lunch.

This is the view towards the end of the infinity pool. At the back is the Ambon- Ambon Falls, which is not quite visible because my camera can't reach it. I tried to take a closed up picture of the falls but when I tried to zoomed it in it was already blurry.

This is Kubo Banana, where we checked in for an overnight stay courtesy of our good friend Lovely. This is located inside Pugad Lawin Camp.

This how it looks like inside the Kubo, very warm and cozy and the breeze just literally goes in and out of this cute little room. We are only four but the room can accommodate six pax.

Before you reached the Kubos this is the scenery you would see. Pugad Lawin also serves as their activity center. They have wall climbing, zip line and mud slide and trekking down to Ambon-Ambon Falls which are all inclusive on the packages they offer.

This is just a teaser of our great Pendong Adventure. I will be uploading all of our pictures in  my facebook account. So far, this is yet the best summer getaway this year and I am hoping for more... :-)
